Becky brings an uncanny command of business operations to Avant. Over the past five years, she has served as the Director of Operations for a construction company operating across four different states—Minnesota, Nebraska, Illinois, and Colorado—translating her firm’s core mission into tangible value adds. Never content with a static skill set, she has taken on management of accounting, payroll, sales leads, financial reporting, building codes, and compliance.

Becky has great respect for people who work in the building industry and believes that each person has something new to teach her. Most of all, she considers herself very fortunate to be in a place where she feels surrounded not by coworkers, but by friends and mentors. Not one to sit on her hands, she enjoys a challenging environment that requires her knack for continued problem solving and freedom to think outside the box.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, and camping with her husband. There is never a dull moment exploring everything Montana has to offer.
