Jake Lewendal

Jake was born in Bozeman and raised in the local building industry. From a young age, he has been on jobsites, working his way up from sweeping floors to onsite superintendence. Consequently, Jake is fluent in best building practices and dedicated to hard work. Jake earned his Bachelor of Science in business from Montana State University, which he uses to design and execute the efficient business processes necessary to produce high-quality products.

Jake has managed a diverse array projects, from multi-unit developments to multimillion-dollar homes. With nearly a decade of project management experience and a regional network of relationships in the building community, Jake understands how to facilitate the utmost building quality while guaranteeing a methodical, timely construction schedule.

As a Certified Green Professional, Jake is recognized by the National Association of Home Builders for his ability to incorporate sustainable building practices into homes – without driving up costs. Jake is also passionate about the building science that improves the comfort and safety of inhabitants. He has even managed home construction for a client suffering from a rare disease, which required extreme technical competency and quality control.

Committed to innovation in the building community, Jake is the current president of the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association (SWMBIA). In his free time, Jake enjoys mountain biking, wakeboarding, and traveling with his wife Makenzie.
